Bowtie Chicken Salad/ Book Change
Hello Sisters! Many people have requested Sister Bradshaw's recipe for Bowtie Chicken Salad that was served at the retreat. Here it is.
5-7 Chicken Breasts- Cooked (depending on size and personal preference)
12 oz. Bowtie pasta or your favorite
1 Bunch chopped green onions
1 Cup Diced Celery
2-4 Diced Apples- dipped in pineapple juice (depending on size and personal preference)
20 oz Pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing (or your favorite)
For Best results mix all ingredients together just before serving. Enjoy!!
Also just a reminder that June's Book has been changed because of some content issues. We will be reading The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
